Running Sidework Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Running Sidework membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Membership & Recurring Billing

Running Sidework is a recurring digital membership currently billed at $99 per month. Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel your membership. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and does not retroactively refund charges already processed. Access to membership content continues through the end of the applicable paid billing period.

Digital Content & Refunds

Membership provides access to digital content and resources, which may include promotional concepts, Playbooks, Speed Rails, beverage resources, recipes, marketing materials, templates, guides, downloadable files, and other member resources. Because members receive access to digital content after purchase, membership payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Membership Access

Your membership and login credentials are intended for use by the purchasing restaurant, bar, hospitality business, or organization. Membership access may not be shared with unrelated businesses or third parties, transferred, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise distributed.

Use of Running Sidework Materials

Running Sidework materials may be downloaded, printed, implemented, and customized where specifically indicated for use by the member's own restaurant, bar, hospitality business, or organization. Running Sidework materials may not be resold, redistributed, published, sublicensed, commercially distributed, uploaded for public access, provided to unrelated businesses or third parties, or represented as products or services created by the member. All original Running Sidework content, concepts, written materials, designs, resources, and other intellectual property remain the property of Running Sidework or their respective rights holders.

Promotions, Alcohol Service & Legal Compliance

Running Sidework provides promotional concepts, event ideas, beverage programs, cocktail recipes, marketing materials, contests, games, giveaways, prize concepts, fundraising ideas, and other resources intended to help members develop promotions for their businesses. Laws and regulations governing these activities vary by location and may include rules relating to alcoholic beverages, liquor licensing, raffles, drawings, sweepstakes, contests, games of chance, prizes, giveaways, charitable fundraising, discounts, advertising, age restrictions, food service, and other promotional activities. Running Sidework does not provide legal, licensing, regulatory, tax, gambling, gaming, alcohol-compliance, or insurance advice and does not represent or guarantee that any promotion, activation, contest, giveaway, raffle, drawing, prize, recipe, pricing strategy, fundraising activity, or other concept is lawful or permitted in every jurisdiction. Before implementing any Running Sidework concept, each member is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as the requirements of its liquor license, permits, insurance policies, company policies, and any other rules applicable to its establishment. When appropriate, members should consult their applicable licensing or regulatory authority, legal counsel, insurance provider, tax professional, or other qualified professional before implementing a promotion or activity. Members are responsible for modifying or declining to use any Running Sidework material that is not appropriate, safe, lawful, or permitted for their establishment or jurisdiction. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, lawful alcohol service, age verification, responsible beverage service, contests and prize promotions, raffles and games of chance, charitable activities, advertising and promotional practices, and guest and employee safety. Running Sidework is not responsible for a member's implementation or operation of a promotion or beverage program, including alcohol service, guest consumption, intoxication, underage service, regulatory or licensing violations, injuries, claims, losses, fines, penalties, or other consequences resulting from a member's business operations or use of Running Sidework materials.

Business Results & Member Responsibility

Running Sidework provides ideas, strategies, promotional resources, beverage concepts, marketing materials, and industry guidance intended to support restaurant and hospitality operators. Results vary by business. Running Sidework does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, attendance, customer traffic, profitability, engagement, or other business results from using any Running Sidework resource, promotion, strategy, or recommendation. Each member remains responsible for determining whether a particular promotion, resource, recommendation, recipe, operational practice, or marketing strategy is appropriate for its business.

Third-Party Products & Services

Running Sidework materials may reference or link to third-party products, services, websites, platforms, vendors, or resources. Running Sidework does not control and is not responsible for the availability, pricing, performance, policies, products, services, or actions of third parties. References or links do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of a third party's products or services.

Changes to Membership & Content

Running Sidework may add, update, modify, replace, or remove membership content, resources, features, or materials over time as the membership evolves. Any changes to membership pricing or recurring billing will be communicated as required by applicable law before they become effective.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Running Sidework is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or implementation of Running Sidework materials, resources, recommendations, promotions, or membership content. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
